Manicure Mondays - Simple and Semi-Dodgy!

Hey all you nail freaks!

Here is a super quick guide on how to do this nail look which I made up on the spot (and may take a couple more tries to perfect, I'm only human!)

You will need:
Base colour: Rimmel I <3 Lasting Finish Fruities in 053 Apricot Punch
Top colour: OPI Nail Lacquer in HLD18 The World Is Not Enough
Top Coat: Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat
Post-It Notes

How to:
1. (apply base coat) Apply 1 or 2 layers of base colour as necessary
2. Cut up Post-It Notes into thin strips approximately 2-3cm wide
3. Arrange Post-It Note strip diagonally across dry nail and ensure sticky side stays down across entire nail
4. Apply 1 coat of the top colour polish over the area exposed
5. Remove Post-It Note and inspect your work (if it's a bit dodgy, you should be able to remove any uneven excess with a fingernail/cotton bud, provided the bottom coat is properly dried)
6. Clean cuticles with some cotton and nail polish remover
7. Apply top coat

Well done! It's as simple as that!

I'm leaving Cambodia in just over a week's time so when I'm back home in Australia I'll be sure to try out some new nail designs for your viewing pleasure!
